  2. Analysis workshop

    We map your processes and clarify what standard Odoo covers and what needs to be adapted.

  3. Implementation in stages

    Configuration, data migration and training for each area. Your team tests with real data.

  4. Operations

    Support in German, updates and further development as your company grows.

What clients want to know before they start.

Do you also work with companies in Germany and Switzerland?

Yes. Odoo comes with localisations for Austria, Germany and Switzerland: charts of accounts, taxes and reports, with DATEV export in Germany and the QR-bill in Switzerland. We set them up and adapt them to your processes.

How does working together at a distance work?

Workshops, training sessions and acceptance tests take place online, in your time zone and in German.

Where is our data stored?

As you prefer: on our servers in Nuremberg, on Odoo.sh or in the Odoo Online. All options are in the EU and GDPR-compliant.

Can we start with just a few apps?

Yes, we actually recommend it. Many clients start with sales and invoicing and add inventory, manufacturing or HR later. The data stays in the same database.

What does Odoo cost?

The Odoo Enterprise licence costs a fixed amount per user and month according to Odoo's price list. We estimate the implementation effort after the analysis workshop and send you a written quote.
