Odoo Enterprise comes with around fifty apps, from CRM and sales to inventory and manufacturing, accounting, HR and website. All of them work on the same data.
Why one system
No more retyping between departments.
In many companies every department has its own program: one for sales, one for the warehouse, one for accounting, plus spreadsheets. In between, data is exported, imported and typed in again.
In Odoo everything lives in one database. A customer, a product or an order is created once and is the same record in every app.

In Germany, businesses must be able to receive e-invoices since 1 January 2025. Odoo creates and reads both formats without extra software.
For invoices that still arrive as a PDF, scan or photo, there is our module: Claude reads the document and fills in the draft in Odoo.

- ZUGFeRD (Factur-X)
- A PDF with embedded XML data: readable for people, machine-readable for Odoo.
- Customer invoices
- Odoo generates the e-invoice directly from the invoice your team creates anyway.
- Vendor bills
- Odoo reads incoming e-invoices and creates the draft vendor bill from them.
Licence
Enterprise or Community.
Odoo comes in two editions. We work out which one fits in the analysis workshop, based on your processes.
Odoo Enterprise
All apps, one price per user
Licensed per user per month, with all apps included. You get the licence through us, together with implementation and support. Our AI vendor bills module requires Odoo 19 Enterprise.
Odoo Community
Open source, with fewer apps
The open-source edition without licence fees, with a smaller range of apps. For Metalpine we implemented and customised an ERP on Odoo Community.
