Odoo implementation
Implemented in stages, not all at once.
We follow Odoo's implementation methodology. Every stage ends with an area your team is already working in.

Analysis workshop
We map your processes and clarify what standard Odoo covers and where adjustments are needed. This becomes the project plan and the quote.

Configuration
We set up apps, chart of accounts, taxes, documents and access rights. Where the standard is not enough, we write a specification for development.

Data and training
We migrate master data and open items and train your staff on their own processes. Testing is done with real data.

Go-live and support
On the cut-over date you start working in the new system. We stay with your team until the processes run smoothly.
Your project leader
Project manager, business analyst and consultant in one person. They plan the stages, gather requirements, configure the system and remain your contact from the first workshop until after go-live.

Migration and upgrade
Switch systems without losing data.
Many companies come to us with spreadsheets, industry software or an older Odoo version. The goal is always Odoo 19, with the data you need for daily work.
We first migrate the data into a test database. Your team checks customers, products and open items before the new system goes live.
- From spreadsheets and separate tools
- Customers, vendors, products and prices from spreadsheets are cleaned up and imported once, properly.
- From a legacy system
- We extract the data via export or interface and map it to Odoo's structure.
- From an older Odoo version
- Upgrade to Odoo 19, including any custom modules that need to be adapted.
- From WordPress
- Pages, blog posts and media move to the Odoo website, and the URL structure is kept. This is how we did it for the Plattform gegen Einsamkeit.
Development and integrations
What the standard lacks, we develop ourselves.
First we use what standard Odoo can do. Whatever is still missing is developed by our own team in Prijedor, as a separate Odoo module rather than a change to the standard.

- If you prefer to run Odoo with Odoo directly, we look after your database there.
- Further development
- New apps, sites or processes go into the same database, without starting a new project from scratch.

Odoo Enterprise is licensed per user per month, with all apps included. Through us you get the licence together with implementation and support.

Questions about projects and operation.
How long does an implementation take?
It depends on the scope: how many areas, sites and integrations. After the analysis workshop you receive a project plan with stages and a written quote.
Do we have to switch all areas at once?
No. We recommend starting with one area, such as sales and invoicing, and adding further apps in later stages. Everything stays in the same database.
How does collaboration work when your team is not on site?
Workshops, training and acceptance tests take place online, in German and in the same time zone as Vienna and Berlin. You have a dedicated contact who knows your processes.
Do we buy the licence from Odoo or from you?
As an official partner we offer you the Odoo Enterprise licence together with implementation and support. The cost depends on the number of users, and all apps are included.
Where will our Odoo run?
On our servers in Nuremberg, on Odoo.sh or in Odoo Online. All options are in the EU. We advise you on which one suits your custom modules and integrations.
