We are pleased to share that Bojan Nišević, founder and lead developer of Wolfinne d.o.o., has successfully completed the "Fit4AI – SME Solution Manager – Expert" programme issued by the Wirtschaftskammer Österreich (WKO), the Austrian Economic Chamber. A score of 60 out of 60 points and the grade "very good success" confirm not only technical knowledge of the subject, but also the ability to apply the acquired competencies in real business scenarios.
About the Fit4AI programme
The "Fit4AI – SME Solution Manager – Expert" programme was developed in line with Article 4 of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), the first comprehensive legal framework for regulating artificial intelligence at European Union level. The act imposes concrete obligations on companies that develop, deploy or use AI systems, and places particular emphasis on continuous training and building AI competence within organisations.
The programme consists of 40 teaching units in three core modules. In the module on AI strategy, governance and change management, participants learn how to define and implement an AI strategy in line with EU regulatory and ethical requirements, manage the organisational change that comes with introducing AI technologies, and establish appropriate governance mechanisms for AI systems within the company. The module on AI pilot projects, roles and responsibilities covers planning and running pilot projects as a first step in digital transformation, defining the roles and responsibilities of everyone involved in an AI project, and managing risks and expectations at project and organisational level. The third module, AI incident management, covers setting up procedures to identify, analyse and resolve incidents involving AI systems, as well as reporting and documentation mechanisms in line with the EU AI Act.
The programme ran from 15 to 23 December 2025 within the Fit4Austria partner network and was funded by the Wirtschaftskammer Österreich through the EU enlargement and association programmes and the EU strategy for the Western Balkans. The certificate was issued in Vienna and signed by Mag. (FH) Claudia Neumann, head of WIFI International.
AI competencies acquired
With the successful completion of this programme, Wolfinne d.o.o. formally confirms the following competencies in artificial intelligence.
The first and central competency is developing and implementing AI roadmaps in line with EU regulatory and ethical requirements. This means Wolfinne can give clients comprehensive support in defining long-term AI strategies that are not only technically feasible but also compliant with the legal framework of the EU AI Act.
The second competency covers planning, managing and implementing AI projects according to the standards of the EU AI Act. From identifying the business problem and assessing feasibility to implementing and monitoring AI solutions, Wolfinne is qualified to lead complete AI projects in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
The third competency concerns ensuring legal and compliance requirements throughout the entire life cycle of an AI system. This is particularly important for clients in regulated industries or those who want to avoid potential penalties under the EU AI Act.
The fourth competency is providing consulting for AI implementations within the EU regulatory framework. This positions Wolfinne as a reliable partner for companies that want to use the potential of artificial intelligence without breaching their legal obligations.
The fifth competency concerns clearly communicating AI opportunities, risks and regulatory requirements to the relevant stakeholders. One of the biggest challenges in digital transformation is not technological but communicative, and Wolfinne is qualified to bridge this gap between technical and business stakeholders.

What this means for our clients
A certification from a programme that derives directly from the EU AI Act has concrete practical value for companies working with Wolfinne. The EU AI Act entered into force in August 2024, and its full application is being phased in until 2027. Companies that start working on compliance with the act now will be in a considerably better position than their competitors.
Wolfinne can offer clients an assessment of their current state (AI readiness assessment), identification of potential compliance risks, development of an AI strategy and roadmap, support in implementing AI solutions, and employee training and change management. All of these services are now backed by formal proof of expertise confirmed by one of Europe's most respected economic institutions, the Austrian Economic Chamber.
