Wolfinne successfully completes the Fit4Austria programme

New knowledge, international connections and thanks to the organisers
Bojan Nišević

Bojan Nišević, representing Wolfinne, has successfully completed the international management programme Fit4Austria Management-Lehrgang. It ran from 10 March to 5 June 2025 and was organised by the Austrian Economic Chamber (Wirtschaftskammer Österreich – WKÖ) and WIFI International, with the support of the ICBL Innovation Centre Banja Luka and the Republic of Srpska Development Agency (RARS).

The programme consisted of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical classes took place at ICBL in Banja Luka, led by expert lecturers from Austria. Key topics included international brand management, marketing strategy, risk management, and business communication and intercultural negotiation skills.

After passing the exam before the WIFI Austria board with 54 out of 60 points and the grade “very successful”, the practical part followed in Austria. During their stay in Vienna, participants had the opportunity to apply what they had learned, make contacts with Austrian business people and present the potential of their companies.

Special thanks go to the Representation of the Republic of Srpska in Austria, and in particular to Mr Mladen Filipović, head of the Representation, who made an invaluable contribution to this programme. His openness, organisational commitment and willingness to arrange meetings with Austrian business people left a strong impression on all participants. The dinner organised by the Representation was an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and connect with potential partners from Austria in a friendly and professional atmosphere.

We also thank the ICBL Innovation Centre Banja Luka, which provided excellent support during the training in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as WKÖ and WIFI International, whose high-quality curriculum and hospitality in Austria deserve every praise.

Taking part in Fit4Austria is an important step in Wolfinne’s further international development. Besides new knowledge, the programme created connections that will help the business grow in the future, both in the DACH region and beyond. It is further proof of how important investment in education and international cooperation is for the growth of an IT company that wants to stay competitive and relevant in the European Union market.
